HEP-Distribution System Operator doo (HEP ODS) is a company within the HEP Group. HEP ODS has 21 distribution areas (electricity) in the entire territory of Croatia. For the needs of network users, HEP ODS performs electricity distribution services that include access to and use of the network.

HEP ODS is responsible for the quality of electricity delivered to all end customers and is the guarantor of safe electricity supply. HEP ODS is responsible for managing, maintaining, building and developing the distribution network and ensuring the long-term ability of the network to meet future network access requirements.
