Reviews of Dr. GLUŠAC BRANKO - Makarska

I visited this Doctor last summer together with my spouse and I was amazed; amazed by his rudeness. Rarely have I met a person as rude as him. He was talking to us (both my wife and I have Master degrees) as if we were morons (just because we don’t know every detail of the nose Mr Glusac, that makes us idiots! I am confident that if I would tell you about my profession, your ears wouldn’t know what they heard either).
While Mr Glusac claims (on his website) to speak both English and German (I happen to speak both languages fluently), his knowledge of both these languages is extremely poor! He could hardly communicate (probably will need Google translate to understand this message). The impression that he gave me, was very bad.
Recently a very close Croatian friend of mine underwent surgery at his practise and she is very disappointed. Again, the way he treated her was abdominal and she was also very unsatisfied with the outcome of her nose operation (she will need to do one again). Of course, the same symptoms: him being rude, not providing any care after the operation, etc. She told me that it seemed as if he were doing her a great favour (a favour for which she paid a lot).
